Exchange Policy
We offer exchange only. We do not offer returns or refunds for products that have been opened, used, or purchased by mistake.
An exchange is available only if:

Exchange Request Timeline
To be eligible for an exchange, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Requests made after 48 hours may not be accepted.
Non-Exchangeable Products
We cannot offer exchanges for:

Products damaged after delivery due to improper handling.

Allergic reactions or skin sensitivity, as every individual's skin is different.

Orders placed incorrectly by the customer.

Products purchased during clearance or special final-sale promotions, unless damaged or incorrect.
Refund Policy
Since we follow an Exchange-Only Policy, refunds are generally not provided.
Refunds will only be considered if:

We are unable to replace the product due to stock unavailability.

Your order is cancelled by Her & He Cosmetics before dispatch.

A duplicate payment has been successfully charged.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchange Approval
After receiving your request, our quality team will review the provided information. If approved, we will arrange a replacement product at no additional cost.
We reserve the right to reject exchange requests that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before they are packed or shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
