  • During festivals, sales, or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver across most serviceable locations within India.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines are:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days

  • Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.

Any free shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on our website and are subject to promotional terms.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp, allowing you to monitor your shipment in real time.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners usually make multiple delivery attempts. If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, the order may be returned to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply if reshipment is requested.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

Her & He Cosmetics is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses, phone numbers, or recipient details.

Damaged Packages

If your package appears damaged at the time of delivery:

  • Record an unboxing video before opening.

  • Take clear photographs of the package.

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery through WhatsApp chat or email.

Claims submitted without supporting evidence may not be approved.
